These are champagnes developed by a winemaker independent of the town. The grapes constituting each cuvée tasted come from plots visited during the ride. This allows visitors to discover the link between the terroir and the aromas of champagnes. Local products tasted (ham of Reims, Langres, pink biscuit champenois) allow to discover agreements products / Champagne.
